The Pool and Entertainment Annex includes everything needed to host large events or year-round enjoyment with your family. The retractable pool enclosure and dual-source heating system extends your swimming season all year. A traditional Portuguese BBQ and fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy and the lounge space provides a place to relax. A changing room with private shower and a half-bath complete the convenience features of your summer living space.  The mechanical room controls the pool pumps, borehole well and irrigation system for the property.
